Great service provided by Goodfellows with their communication. We were shown around by Jack for one of the properties. He was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer any questions we had clearly. He represented Goodfellows very well!

Just had an amazing experience with GoodFellows Morden. We had an issue with our boiler and it seemed like an engineer would have to visit to fix it. So in my mind I kind of guessed that it’ll be a few days before this gets fixed. However, as soon as I emailed, I got a reply back from the Assistant Manager, Marion Gardner, saying that a plumber would soon call to arrange appointment to get this fixed. And few minutes after that the plumber called and we booked for the same day and the plumber was at the property after like an hour or so and fixed the issue. Unbelievably quick response. The whole team has been super supportive and responsive since the beginning.

Due to family circumstances I needed to move out of my then current place pretty quickly, I contacted Goodfellows and was advised of 2 properties that met our needs, one of which was absolutely perfect. We put an offer in which was accepted within a day and the referencing process took no more than 2 days. With everything complete sooner than we thought we decided we wanted to move in sooner than initially planned as we were going away the day after the original move in date so thought the extra days would help. Aaron who was dealing with our references and move was extremely supportive and managed to get the landlord to agree an earlier start date, so we basically managed to move in to our new place 9 days from the initial viewing. Absolutely awesome customer service and they really listen to your needs as well as accommodate when required. Highly recommend these guys, had an awesome experience!!!

Great team at the Morden branch. Visited a few agents in the area but went for Goodfellows as they seemed more dedicated and down to earth. Experience was they are polite, friendly and professional with good communication. Appreciate all their help in renting the flat! Well done!
