I am very happy with Kanika’s performance and helpful approach. The rent from the property that Goodfellows manage is important to me so it is great to receive it on the due date.

We have just completed the purchase of our new house with Goodfellows Morden. Jodie had been very professional, friendly and helpful throughout out the process. She always responded to our enquiries immediately and kept us up to date throughout the process. Jack was also very professional and helpful. He even went out of his way to drop the missing keys to our new home.

So far all is good, looking forward to sign the contract :D great variety of houses and easy to communicate with :) quick update on this review: Great experience, everything was done via DocuSign so, you don;t have to waste time going to the agency every time a new signature is needed. Also, even after signing the contract, they still answer the phone and help even though the property is managed by the landlord. Outstanding services, I would definitely recommend them to all my friends @Aaron, keep on rocking, you're a star and Goodfellows should be proud to have you part of their team.

Just had an amazing experience with GoodFellows Morden. As soon as I emailed, I got a reply back from the Assistant Manager, Marion Gardner, saying that a plumber would soon call to arrange appointment to get this fixed. And few minutes after that the plumber called and we booked for the same day and the plumber was at the property after like an hour or so and fixed the issue. Unbelievably quick response. The whole team has been super supportive and responsive since the beginning.
