I had a very good experience with Goodfellows a few years back for a rental. So i was pleased to be working with them again. I was very impressed with the speed of communication and being kept in the loop at all times. Jack Jenkins was excellent during the whole buying process, he was professional, friendly and reassuring at a time when we were unsure whether the house move would come to fruition. Recently sold my house through Goodfellows Morden, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Tony marketed it excellently and was extremely easy to deal with, felt comfortable with him from the moment we met him. He was transparent about fees, worked quickly and secured a buyer after three days on market (not easy in the current slow market). Jodie handled the sale process superbly, always keeping us and when needed our solicitor on top of progress and actions needed, and chasing down the chain if required. The sale went smoothly and everyone so far as I know was happy with the outcome. I'd have no hesitation using them again or recommending to friends.

Kerrie-Ann Tyson has been the property manager I've been dealing at Goodfellows since letting out our house in 2017. In the time I've know her she has shown herself to be very professional efficient and diligent - taking a personal interest in issues that arise and 'owning' the problem until it is resolved. As a first time landlord, I found Goodfellows extremely helpful especially Jordan and Sharmilla. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process. They constantly kept me up to date of what was happening when and what I needed to do.
