Our Experience with Zahrah and Goodfellow's was good. We were looking for the property before moving from Netherlands to London and was challenging to find Agency supporting us from abroad. Zahrah was kindly supporting us showing the finally selected house by a video call. Point of improvement we suggest to Goodfellow is to better define to the client the "who is doing what". In fact during the process of moving/removal was sometime difficult to understand to who refer getting some delays in the required feedbacks/confirmations.
