We were letting out a property and Goodfellows were the letting agents. They found suitable tenants quickly which we were pleased with given the current difficult covid situation. Sharmila and Barbara were a great help and Barbara in particular was always readily available and calm and responsive especially as we were trying to get things sorted over the Christmas period. The Goodfellows team in Morden found a tenant for me. I have been dealing with Barbara who has been a pleasure to work with. She has been responsive and thorough to ensure that all aspects of a tenancy have been completed. Barbara kept me updated on progress, and was contactable when required. The only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 was due to the length of time to find a tenant, however this may have been more to do with the market rather than Goodfellows.

Barbara, has been a prompt and efficient communicator throughout my change of tenancy. She is organised and knowledgeable and has always been a pleasure to deal with. The changeover is ongoing ...I am confident things will go smoothly - even in these troubled times!
