John was the only agent who was on the same page as ourselves regarding the selling price. We achieved the asking price which was £150,000 more than some of the other agents we had out to value our house! Although Hayman Joyce did charge more to sell the house, we felt confident enough in their advice to pay the higher selling fee, which was more than compensated in the significantly higher selling price we achieved.
