I chose them from a list of about five or six other Estate Agents, and Phil was the one I felt very happy to work with, thinking it may be too good to be true, believe me, it was all good to the end. From the beginning I was very impressed at how Phil worked, he is very knowledgeable, does his homework/ research first and fast, doesn't waste anytime at all, gets things done very efficiently, and what I appreciated mostly, he listened to me and gave me a chance to try my ideas/suggestions first, for which I will always be grateful. Both worked tirelessly to get the sale of the flat completed; very happy with their service, I will definitely use them if I ever need to in the future, and greatly recommend them to anyone for an excellent and reliable service.
