I have been dealing with Harry & Phil in the New Cross office. Whilst this should have been a straight forward sale it turned out to be more complicated than anticipated and had two lockdowns to contend with during the process. Both Harry and Phil kept a level head throughout, were very helpful and pro actively chased to deal with bottleneck as and when they occurred. They were helpful, polite and professional throughout and we look forward to picking up the keys next week.
