- This review is of our experience with the Sales team at YourMove New Cross - We recently completed on a house purchase in Peckham SE15 where YourMove New Cross were the sellers agents. Harry was our sales negotiator and main contact in the 4-month purchase process, he is a young and talented agent and has proven himself repeatedly to be switched on and professional, occasionally we have also dealt with the branch manager Phil who has also been great. Harry is very approachable and chatty which can help to establish a rapport with buyers, he certainly succeeded with us. But special praise must go to James whom went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale went through, we really believe this sale might have not happened if it wasn't for his efforts early on. James really is the real deal and has been exceptional, we've dealt with allot of estate agents over the years including top-end agents like Foxtons and Savills who have had their moments of greatness but James has by far outperformed them, he was always in the loop even tho he wasn't the negotiator for this sale and we are very thankful for his service, impressed doesn't begin to cover how we feel. Because of our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend the sales team at YourMove New Cross, they have exceeded our expectations and have shown that professionalism and personal service can work together brilliantly. We wish them every success and hope to have the pleasure of dealing with them again soon.
