You'd think that would be enough, but when things weren't as straightforward as hoped they facilitated meetings; hounded our useless solicitors; were a go-between and keyholders for an extraordinary storage solution. Perhaps the most important thing is that this was all done with an assuredness. They've been in the area for years, have dealt with our freeholder before, dealt with cladding. This gave us confidence when we were freaking out - sometimes Phil would be chasing more than I was to get something resolved. And the little things mattered to - the phone was picked up. Emails and voice messages were replied to within a normal timeframe. We didn't once have to hassle them, and the office was open at the stated hours if we needed to drop in.
