Class Act from start to finish

Right from the first phone call the professionalism of the staff at Downer’s was quite evident. When meeting the various members of staff I was always greeted with a smile and felt nothing was too much trouble. The person I had most contact with was Imogen who arranged my first viewing, and also a follow up that gave me an opportunity of collecting some data. There was good communication between the Downers and my legal team, both of whom kept me informed as the sale progressed. I met on Leo Downer a few days before the sale have been completed who was able to find out the answers to some questions I posed and provided me with that information in a very timely manner. Having completed, I was given a small gift to help celebrate in my new home, and also a feeling that should I ever need the services of an estate agent then Downer would be my first choice.
