The customer service at this company has massively exceeded my expectations! The staff (especially Bev) have been so helpful and understanding of my situation trying to move flat in time of my current tenancy agreement. I will forever be grateful for how quick everything was completed and especially how lovely the staff are. I couldn’t have asked for an easier first time renting experience as the staff went above and beyond to get me into my new flat in time! Bev took extra time explaining everything to me and kept me up to date with the full progress to keep my mind at ease!
