I moved from another agent to Belvoir because it is a smaller agnecy and I can speak to the person who knows my tenant and my property. There is continuity. Belvoir has been very good at dealing with a long standing issue of leaks from an upstairs property - always difficult to resolve when the individual causing the problem will not engage.
