When I started looking for my first home I was told it would be one of the most enjoyable experience I would have which led me to believe it would be fairly straight forward... This turned out to not be the case for me and quite possibly may have been one of the most long and stressful processes I have ever been through, However I cannot fault Wendy throughout the process, for reasons way beyond her control the purchase of my first home took ALOT longer than expected but true to her word Wendy was constantly keeping me 'in the loop' with what was happening with my purchase. Excellence customer service from both Wendy and Victoria throughout what was a 'tricky' purchase. They were super helpful whenever I had queries for the vendor and were persistence in looking for solutions. Having met Wendy when viewing the house for the first time, I quickly learned that she was really approachable and her genuinely friendly personality shone through which helped make the long process more bearable. I would happily recommend Wendy as a agent when looking to buy a house!!
