We have used Northwood for our rental proeprties for many years, developing excellent relationships with them. They have consistently found good tenants even during difficult times. When it came time to sell one property, Leanne, Jayne and the team kept up the good work and found a buyer, persisting through the continued difficult sales climate. Jayne then followed through very professionally to keep up presure on solicitors who appeared to have a vested interest in delaying the outcome. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
