We always aim to give the very best service we can to our tenants, however we understand that sometimes an amicable agreement cannot be reached, in this case the condition the property was left in at the end of the tenancy. As explained in our email correspondence, your damaged deposit is protected with a government approved scheme, the scheme we us is My Deposits, when we are unable to come to an agreement we strongly advise to raise a dispute with My Deposit, who will then independently arbitrate between all parties.
