Fail to accept any responsibility for errors made on their side and provide zero assistance as a result. If you come into any issues with mansons then expect no compassion for the situation that you may of be dumped in as a result and have nothing but scared, stubborn and rude staff desperately avoiding blame when all you are after is some help.
