Excellent professional, friendly and attentive service

I recently bought a flat offered for sale through Mansons. I found Deborah Thorpe to be extremely professional, friendly and attentive from my first viewing of the property to being handed my keys. I had problems with my solicitor not dealing with matters as they should, meaning that the process was becoming unnecessarily stressful. Deborah stepped in and did all that she possibly could to ensure that everything stayed on track, chasing my solicitor and keeping me informed, reassuring the vendor on my behalf and calming my frazzled nerves.
