An absolutely outstanding service, from initial call to completion.

I couldn't say enough to thank Manson's for their professional, efficient, and pro-active conduct throughout the sale of my property. I had been let down in the past by a large agent in the Newcastle City area, and one Saturday morning, fed up, I called Manson's after a recommendation. My story was familiar, a seller with a one-bedroom flat in middle of the city, with a few drop out buyer's. I was aware that things were picking up, but the service from my previous agent was just not acceptable, with very little feedback, inconsistent communication, and no results. Since speaking to Deborah that Saturday morning, I was put at ease, and since then, she, and her colleagues at Manson's, have consistently delivered a very satisfying pro-active and professional service, to which I hadn't experienced from agencies in the past. Manson's provide such a level of service, that I only dealt with with one person throughout the process, who always knew exactly what was going on, and I never once had to 'chase' for any updates, which frankly came as a shock since dealing with my last agent.
