Mansons were a great team with great customer help, but when it came to my flatmate and I leaving our tenancy we were wacked with a huge bill for cleaning that put a big dent into our deposit. The flat was left spotless by my flatmate and I after cleaning for a whole day and following Mansons check out requirements. Was really disappointed by charge they gave us. Apart from that, were helpful and understandable in any other queries we had.

We always aim to give the very best service we can to our tenants, however we understand that sometimes an amicable agreement cannot be reached, in this case the condition the property was left in at the end of the tenancy. As explained in our correspondence, your damaged deposit is protected with a government approved scheme, the scheme we us is My Deposits, when we are unable to come to an agreement we strongly advise to raise a dispute with My Deposit, who will then independently arbitrate between all parties, many thanks.
