Excellent service

Comment: As current tenants of a Mansons property, we can strongly recommend them. They have been very helpful every step of the way, in terms of helping us sort the paperwork before moving in, making sure everything was running smoothly when we started living in the property, and if we have had issues (eg the fridge broke and needed replacing, which was done with no problems). Elena in particular is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile by remembering who we are when we go in to the office and offering us tea/coffee etc. I have found Elena to be very professional and efficient, as with all the staff at Mansons. Also thanks to Kayley for being so helpful in sorting out our broken fridge; she went to great efforts to make sure a new one was delivered quickly and at a time convenient for us, which we greatly appreciate We have recently chosen to stay in our property for another year as a result and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
