This information is highlighted to all tenants prior to starting the tenancy and throughout the checking out and bond reimbursement process. Every deposit taken, whether for a student or professional let, is registered with an approved scheme in accordance with current legislation. These schemes are in place to prevent agents or landlords from retaining any kind of deposit unfairly. No deposit is ever retained by us or the landlord unless it is proved that sufficient damage has been caused by the tenant to fully justify any deductions.
