Having decided to move and downsize from a 2 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom flat, I was extremely nervous about the issues that I may come across due to my lack of experience of buying and selling properties, but I am so glad that I chose Mansons as they took all of the stress away, Nick, Deborah and the team were very professional, reassuring and friendly throughout the sale of my property and aiding me to purchase a new home for my young daughter and myself, They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I felt that they were very approachable and knowledgeable. We had a great experience from start to finish. Alexi was great at sorting out the flat viewing for us, offering evening viewings as an alternative option, he was also fantastic when we went to sign the paperwork. The real estate agent (sorry I forgot your name) was great as well, knew what he was talking about, personable and definitely approachable. They did their best to accommodate us seeing as we had a very inflexible move in date and time. Just a fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you for everything!

Great choice to sell my Gosforth home

My experience buying with Mansons led me to choose them to sell our family home in Gosforth. The house was thoughtfully valued, beautifully photographed and was on the market for just four days before an excellent offer. We had very personal attention from Nick and the team, and Deborah is an excellent person to work with during the sale period, smoothing over potential problems and keeping just the right amount of pressure at all stages to make things run according to schedule.
