I dealt with Nick initially and then Elena. Both were very nice to deal with. It took a while to let the property but Elena was in constant contact all the while and we frequently discussed selling strategies, price points etc. When we did get a tenant she was very thorough and this made the process very easy at my end. A very good experience.

I have used Mansons for about 9 nine years to manage a tenanted property. They have been extremely efficient and helpful, bringing things to my attention when necessary while taking the initiative and dealing with smaller things without troubling me. When work has been needed they have found cost effective solutions for the job. During that time I have only had one tenant and believe that Manson's service has kept both tenant and landlord happy!
