I can't rate the service high enough that I have received from Mansons. Deborah was the lady dealing with the sale of my house and from start to finish the communication was fantastic! She kept me informed throughtout the process, even when valuations, surveys and searches had been completed by my buyer's side, which I didn't expect. I put my house on the market and within 2 days, had viewings. I had accepted an offer within 3 weeks which was great. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and have had such bad experiences, Mansons definately restored my faith! Mansons only have a hand full of properties that they sell at any given time, but this, I feel is so much better than the larger sales agents because they actually have time to dedicate to selling your property. I would recommend Mansons to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I couldn't say enough to thank Manson's for their professional, efficient, and pro-active conduct throughout the sale of my property. I had been let down in the past by a large agent in the Newcastle City area, and one Saturday morning, fed up, I called Manson's after a recommendation. My story was familiar, a seller with a one-bedroom flat in middle of the city, with a few drop out buyer's. I was aware that things were picking up, but the service from my previous agent was just not acceptable, with very little feedback, inconsistent communication, and no results. Since speaking to Deborah that Saturday morning, I was put at ease, and since then, she, and her colleagues at Manson's, have consistently delivered a very satisfying pro-active and professional service, to which I hadn't experienced from agencies in the past. Manson's provide such a level of service, that I only dealt with with one person throughout the process, who always knew exactly what was going on, and I never once had to 'chase' for any updates, which frankly came as a shock since dealing with my last agent. I write today a very happy Client, having just completed on the sale. I offer my thanks again to Deborah for her steadfast professional service.

I recently rented a property through Mansons and I must say their service levels far exceed any other agent that I have used in the past. The speed with which they handled my letting was unbelievable.and everything was done for me, the minimum of effort was required on my part. Top that off with super friendly, polite and proffesional staff and you get a letting agent who in my opinion are top of the league.
