The whole team is fast, friendly and efficient. I moved to Newcastle from Ireland for work and they were flexible and cooperative. Had to fly over for viewings and they even went the extra mile and gave me a lift into the city centre after one as I was running late for my train. They even opened the office early for me when I went to collect my keys as I have a very tight schedule. Thanks Gav and Elena for getting the paperwork sorted, getting the move in date moved back and getting me my keys really quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. What a great team!

An excellent company

An excellent company that is very professional and welcoming. This was my first time renting and Mansons made the whole process so easy - They really went above and beyond! I would like to make particular mention of Elena who guided us through the whole process and Jonathan who was more than happy to allow us to view a property outside of business hours due to my conflicting work schedule. 5 Stars seem too few for the service that we received and I would definitely recommend this agency.
