Fantastic Service

We have worked with Mansons for several years now, mainly for finding tenants but we also use their management service as well. On the rare occasions we have decided to sell some of our properties again they have come up trumps. I couldn't recommend them more highly, their staff are a real credit. Excellent local knowledge and importantly for us they are not afraid to pick up the phone and give you constructive feedback when required, something some agents forget but is essential when you have a large portfolio to maintain. It was a pleasure dealing with Manson's,. From going live to completion it was quick and easy and also entertaining. The photographs provided were very good for the web, you always dealt with the same member of the sales team, which saved time and made for quick decisions. I recently rented a flat in Jesmond through Mansons. I have only have good things to say. I have had mixed experiences with estate agents in the past where they have had hidden costs included within the agreement, impossible to contact, to mention only a few.
