Outstanding service from all who work at Mansons with special credit to Elena. I found them to be extremely efficient, very thorough and of course approachable. Elena thoroughly explained the letting procedure to me and provided me with constant support via email (and at the end of the telephone if required!). From choosing our property to collecting the keys, Mansons never took their eye off the ball; even informing us the carpets were being cleaned and the painters were in! Best expereince of a letting agent I have ever had!

Elena was both professional and friendly and made it so I didn't need to chase anything and wasn't left waiting for any information. This is very different from the experiences I have had with letting agents in the past! She went back to the landlord several times for me with queries and always kept me fully up to date via email which was a huge help. Elena made the whole process very easy.

I have moved quite a few times in Newcastle over the last few years and never had particularly good experiences with letting agents. My experience with Mansons was completely different in that they were very professional and efficient. They kept me up to date all the way through, I never had to ask information or chase them on anything, and all the staff I had dealings with were very friendly and helpful.
