The process of booking the valuation was quick and seamless, and Mark was very kind to give me a call to explain things a bit more before the appointment. On the day of the valuation, Mark came prepared with other local listings, and lots of information which proved very helpful. He also provided a guide book with lots of useful information in. I felt extremely at ease with Mark & feel confident that he'd be able to get the price we want, when we decide to sell.
