Excellent Letting Agent I would Highly Recommend
Clarke Philips have now rented out 3 properties for us. They recognised our needs and were proactive in finding the right tenants, Each of our properties are very different & required a different approach to getting the right tenants to meet our needs & those of the tenants; this was dealt with in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. We manage the properties ourselves but Clarke Philips are always on hand to offer help if required. Each member of staff is easy to deal with & have great communication skills. Thank You !

Brought and Sold with Clarke Philips
We have brought and sold though Clarke Philips. They were extremely helpful and informative from start to finish. Even at stressful times when Solicitors were being very slow they were keeping us up to date and chasing them up. Very professional. Would recommend and would use again.

House Sale - Equestrian Property
Fabulous service, photos of the house were superior. Sheena kept us in the loop at all times. Would definitely recommend this estate agent, it made house selling a much less stressful experience.

Farmhouse Sale Burwell
I found the staff did exactly as they said they were going to do promptly and efficiently. No potential buyers were sent to the house unaccompanied as and communication between staff and myself was excellent. I would definitely use Clarke Philips again they were courteous and very helpful

Proactive in getting the conveyancing over the line
After communication between the buyer's (mine) and seller's solicitors broke down, Sheena was invaluable in acting as a proactive intermediary to get the sale completed in time for our preferred completion date. We made it, just! But likely wouldn't have without her help.

Tenacious and professional
We Would recommend Clarke Phillips to anyone, Sheena, Phillip and terry are lovely people, hard working and go above and beyond,not your average estate agents that's for sure! They earnt every penny and more of their commission. Dealt with a very stressful chain! Will use them again in the future!

Use this company!!!
I viewed a house but despite bidding wasn't fortunate enough to get it. I called Sheena and told her to call me if the sale fell through. Lucky for me it did, Sheena contacted me and after some tough negotiation I managed to get my offer accepted. I was kept well informed throughout the sale and all questions were answered. On the day of exchange the worst happened, the banks crashed. I had now sold my house but my funds were in cyber space. I had vans full of all my possessions outside my new house. The developer refused to allow me in, even to put things in the garage. Sheena and Philip without hesitation let me use a storage container of theirs at no cost. Whilst unloading Sheena even provided some well needed drinks from her pub. Sheena even went as far as securing us a property to stay in over the weekend. Despite this being a very stressful experience it was made bearable by Sheena and Philip. If considering who to use stop now as you have found them.

Best house-buying experience ever!
I simply can't fault Clarke Philips. From beginning to end the process was warm, professional, thorough and the lady I dealt with, Sheena, went above and beyond to be reassuring and helpful during the odd tricky patch (nothing to do with them, solicitor problems in the chain). Sheena's knowledge of the business process, and the housing market, was amazing, and it gave me a lot of confidence when looking at the properties they had on the market. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you Sheena for finding me my forever home.
