Very professional

We recently sold our bungalow through Clarke Philips achieving the full asking price. This company was very professional from the start when they valued and took details of the property right through to contract completion. They were very much "hands on " throughout dealing with the purchaser's questions and handling problems speedily and successfully. We found this approach very refreshing when, in our not inconsiderable experience, most estate agents offer limited support after the "Sale Notification" form has been sent to vendor, purchaser, and respective solicitors. We would recommend this company to any vendor or purchaser.
