We were disappointed with this service. We were in desperate need of a new home to move into ASAP as we've had health issues with our current one. We scheduled a viewing for a wonderful house 48 hours in advance. We waited and waited for a confirmation email or a call about it, but received nothing. We called 4 or 5 times in total the day prior and on the day of our requested viewing time and it always went to answer machine. We did not go to the viewing as we thought no one would show up. We still received no contact, so our assumptions were probably correct as no one reached out to see where we were. We called a few more times to ask about rescheduling and only ever got the answer machine. All these calls were made at different times of the day so not even as if we were calling on lunch breaks or once the office was shut. They had posted on their facebook page the day before saying they were running as usual in light of the lockdown update. They missed out on us as likely tenants and frankly we wouldn't want to risk having them as agents in future as they've proven difficult to get hold of. Was a shame as the other reviews seem very promising!
