Abigail was an absolute saint during our application process. She was bubbly, polite and professional during the viewing and took any concerns with care and reinforced a quality standard required for a property to be let by this estate agent. The property we viewed was partially finished at the time and she assured me that she made sure we would have everything done by the time we moved in should be be successful - And we did! Abi was as excited as we were to get the property and was so lovely in answering any and all questions we had surrounding the contract and what terminology meant. Despite my questions being basic, I never felt a hint of annoyance and every answer was prompt (even outside of normal hours!). Abi even rearranged the start date of our contract when we had mixed up the dates of a family members surgery. I can say with certainty that this experience would not have been the same without her guiding us and overseeing the process.
