The whole team at Simply are great but especially Vicki! She was always available to answer any queries or worries and being a 1st time buyer - there were many! My purchase encountered many problems from the sellers and Vicki kept in contact with the conveyancer and pushed it all through, chasing the sellers as and when needed! Even after the sale they are still available to help tidy up the outstanding issues or help find the water meter 😏 Highly recommend
