Vicki showed us round the property we went onto purchase, and straight away she was welcoming and friendly. She gave us lots of information about the property, and answered several questions we had – she also went away and found out several other bits of information regarding the property and emailed them over the same day. We placed a bid on the property and the offer was accepted – this was down to how well Vicki “sold” the house to us – we are now very happy in our new home! During the purchase, we dealt with Steve and Dave who were super helpful, always getting back to us quickly and providing us with any information we needed. We had regular contact with Dave and Steve, who always kept us in the loop. A big thank you to the whole team who made the whole process a lot easier, by constantly putting our minds at ease and communicating so effectively.
