Nothing was ever a problem with Simply Green, the first time we sold the chain fell through quite late on but Simply Green had our property back on the market straight away and had viewings lined up. The house was sold again with in a week with a cash buyer. It's been two month since they viewed the house and we have exchanged contracts already and have a completion date lined up. I can't fault the team at Simply Green, whoever you spoke to was up to date with the position of the sale and always come back with any questions we had regarding the buyers position. All round great company and great people, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
