James, the Ewemove valuation officer who attended, was therefore like a breath or fresh air. Punctual and professional, he'd clearly done his homework on the property and the area before arriving. He was immensely reassuring and helpful. Their service is definitely more than a few rungs further up the ladder than my past experience and we have had no hesitation in deciding to proceed with using James to sell the flat. The inclusion of all related legal fees within the fixed price which is still below that we would have paid on a commission rate is very attractive and, who knows, this time I might even enjoy the sales process!
