His communication was "top notch", always answering calls quickly.Even when problems arose in the sale, Ed was on hand straight away to sort them out and find a way forward. We approached Ewe Move to sell my Mother' apartment in Devon. Having had experience with traditional estate agents over the year's and really wasn't looking forward to go through the hoops and 'yes but... ' that used to irritate. James, the Ewemove valuation officer who attended, was therefore like a breath or fresh air. Punctual and professional, he'd clearly done his homework on the property and the area before arriving. The inclusion of all related legal fees within the fixed price which is still below that we would have paid on a commission rate is very attractive and, who knows, this time I might even enjoy the sales process! Such a brilliant service from James at Ewe Move Barnstaple. Nothing was a problem for him and the whole team provided such an energetic, caring and professional approach before and during the sale . I always knew what stage of the sale I was at due to Jamie (sales progressor) who was amazing. People say selling your house is probably one of life's biggest stresses.
