It's been a while since I've rented privately so I was a bit rusty with what I needed to organise and when etc. Nothing was too much trouble despite the very many questions I had along the way. Their processes are professional, helpful and above all, seemingly stressless. Everything is done before you've even considered you need to do it. Need your utility accounts setting up? No problem, Belvoir have already done it. Need your Council Tax account setting up? No problem, Belvoir have already done it.
