Martin and Co Nottingham are the worst estate agents we've dealt with. Their professionalism was lacking throughout our tenancy, with consistently rude and unprofessional communication. Tracy, in particular, was exceptionally rude. They scheduled a viewing for our flat four months before our move-out date without our consent, even threatening to enter the property regardless. Their disrespect for our rights and privacy was alarming. When it came to reclaiming our deposit, their unprofessional behaviour continued. Staff hinted that challenging their decision would result in lengthy delays. Furthermore, they claimed the property was handed to us in a clean condition, yet we had to clean a mouldy washing machine twice for it to be usable.
