Outstanding Service!

The service provided by Tracy at Move and Save has been very impressive from the outset. Tracy was friendly, clearly knowledgeable and honest about how to market our property without a hard sell at any point. I felt completely comfortable with Tracy and was confident we could work together throughout the process. Our property was listed on the market within a few hours of meeting Tracy, including full details, photos, floor plans and a video on Rightmove; our first viewing was less than 24 hours later and we had an offer made after 10 days for which Tracy expertly negotiated a price we were more than satisfied with. I wouldn't hesitate in using Move and Save again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to market their property.

Friendly and professional service

Great agent who arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout. No hard sell, just honest and open about the service on offer. Quick to get our property on the market, it was on Rightmove just a few hours later, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first time of selling a property and wasn't sure how it all worked, the agent explained things really clearly and if I didn't understand anything she was more than happy to elaborate. ..she was so friendly when we met, I felt liked I'd known her for years, therefore, putting me at ease.

Excellent service provided by Tracy and Keeley. Friendly and professional and always available to help. Great value for money too! Having had to deal with a high street chain for our purchase (awful!) I would always use move and save in the future. Thank you again for making the process that little bit less stressful.

Fast efficient friendly service

I would highly recommend Move & Save as an estate agent. They are very efficient and so friendly but at the same time very professional. Fantastic pictures taken and the advert looks great! The house was up with rightmove within just a few hours, amazing!

Lovely friendly staff who don't exert pressure for quick sales. In the past I have used regular estate agents twice and they were, quite frankly, awful. At Move and Save they are professional and thorough and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and value for money

I have now used move and save as both a buyer and seller and on both occasions they were fantastic. As a buyer they kept me informed even when the sale was with the solicitors and nothing was too much. More recently as a seller, they were very friendly, especially Tracey who really put me at ease as it was the first time I'd sold a property. There was no pushy sales pitch, just honesty and patience. The photos really did the property justice and the house was on the internet the same day. After 6 viewings and regular feedback the house was sold less than 2 weeks after being put on the market. Would definitely recommend using Rightmove
