Fantastic Team Fantastic Service!

When we were considering which agent to sell our home Move & Save were recommended to us by a friend for the quality service they had experienced when selling their property and a commission free sale was a big bonus for us. We are certainly extremely happy with this decision. When we met the team they were extremely friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional regarding the task in hand. The valuation provided by the team was professional and honest. When taking photos they dressed the house to show each room at its best and when compared to the photos provided by other agents our advert stood out as a higher quality. The video service also proved very useful as it allowed a virtual tour of the property by potential buyers before actually viewing, therefore everybody viewing the house was already familiar with the layout and interested in the property. Move&Save guaranteed that our property would be on Rightmove by the end of the day, and they stuck to this promise with the advertisement being on the internet within 8 hours of valuation! When organising viewings Move&save were always keen to cluster the appointments for our benefit and were very prompt with chasing feedback. We always received feedback either the same day or the morning after if it was an evening viewing. The Move&Save team were always at the end of the phone offering help and guidance when we needed it. We would highly recommend move&save if you are considering selling your property (and we already have done to our friends and family). We sold our house within 4 weeks of the property being marketed and we believe the high quality marketing provided by move&save contributed to the speed of the sale. Phil and Lynsey Lord

Excellent value for money!!! 1st class service!!!!

Would highly recommend using move & save. Great value for money and the whole service is second to none. Kept us up to date with everything involved in selling our house. Lots of respect for Tracy and Keeley for making the whole process a nice experience. Overall 5 stars!!!!!!!

Meticulous in the detail(s)

Having purchased our home through Move and Save nine years ago the original online agent, we thought we would try their service to handle our sale, as our purchase was so easy and stress free. For the last ten sales and moves we have used many national estate agents and often resented paying out thousands of pounds in commission fees for some of the ultra poor service we received. Our intial appointment with Tracy was a delight, we found Tracy at Move and Save to be ultra professional taking time to discuss the two sales packages they offered and how they operated. We found Tracy to be meticulous in the detail(s) but most importantly a genuine person and someone we can relate to and ultimately put our trust in to realise a speedy sale. We decided on the package and Tracy took oodles of photos and also prepared a video to upload with our sales particulars. We were surprised by the speed of our property being placed online with Move and Save and Rightmove. Seven hours from first meeting to our property appearing online for sale. The standard of the photos are excellent they show off our property well. The video tour was in our opinion superb. If you want 100% effort into getting your property professional marketed and sold then we would not hesitate in recommending Tracy Kernaghan of Move and Save

The team at Move and Save are friendly, approachable and professional. Tracy at Move and Save has provided me with all the information I need as a seller and has been very helpful and supportive. She has taken time to find out about my property and created a sales brochure of excellent quality, including photos and a video, marketing the property to its full potential.

Great service

We used this company to sell a house for us. the service was excellent from start to finish Tracy took the pictures of the house in a very professional manner. Tracy only sold us which package we needed and what would sell our property quickly with least hassle and didn't use any sales tactics used by many highstreet agents. The sale was completed with excellent help by keely in the office who was a lovely person and I felt very relaxed a confident dealing with her. I would only use move and save to sell any other houses in the future because of how well the process went previously and wouldn't consider a more expensive high street agent as the service from move and save was second to none!

Brilliant Service... great value for money!

I would highly recommend Move and Save. Friendly, professional, great communication can't praise them enough. I was unsure at first whether to go to a high Street Estate Agent as I was not confident with dealing with anyone via the Internet. I was soon relaxed as from the very start I was put at ease and was patiently guided step by step. I had a video done which was brilliant... worth the extra pounds. Also I their solicitors are also superb... Brilliant Service.

Great service and great value

Given the price of their services, we were expecting to do most of the work ourselves, however this couldn't have been further from the truth. Tracy and the team provided fantastic communication, organised viewings and gave us feedback from potential buyers. There was no hard sell, but honest information. We are now using Move and Save for the third time and whether its a Â£60,000 or a half million property the quality of service is excellent.

Professional, knowledgeable and straight forward customer focused.

Having used Move & Save to sell and buy previously we didn't hesitate in contacting them to act on our behalf with this sale. We feel that we are receiving a professional and proactive service at a reasonable price with no hidden costs.
