Value for money

As this is an 'on-line' estate agent, they do as it says on the tin, the agent that came out was very pleasent and knowledge about the service and as there was a substantial saving from a conventional high street agent, we thought it was value for money, further conatct during the sale has always been made in a professional manner. We would use this agent again and have recommended them friends.

Used them a couple of years ago, took them up on their prepay package as it was far cheaper than payment on completion. Initially very good, good floor plans and photos and put the house up for sale in good time. Had an offer which I accepted, but thats where the problems started. My buyer was a fairly jittery first time buyer and as I was buying a new build the deposit had to be held in a slightly different manner which paniked the buyer. As I had already paid for their services, to say that Move & Save were less than helpful with sorting out the kinks with my buyer would be very generous. Weeks of stress ensued with Move & Save refusing to smooth out the kinks or provide me with the buyers contact details so I could do it myself. Eventually the matter was resolved but it was a real hassle and Move & Save seemed very disinterested as soon as they had my money. They may be cheaper than high street estate agents but if anything crops up from your buyer before exchange then expect to be on your own.

Don't feel they were bothered once the sale completed, this company won't check in every now and then. They will only call when there's a problem or once they have their money and the key situation arises. They will also recommend the most shocking solicitors I have ever dealt with - Premier Property Lawyers, do yourself a favour if you do dain to use them, find your own solicitor unless you like being messed around and ripped off!!!
