When we were considering which agent to sell our home Move & Save were recommended to us by a friend for the quality service they had experienced when selling their property and a commission free sale was a big bonus for us. We are certainly extremely happy with this decision. When we met the team they were extremely friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional regarding the task in hand. The valuation provided by the team was professional and honest. When taking photos they dressed the house to show each room at its best and when compared to the photos provided by other agents our advert stood out as a higher quality. The video service also proved very useful as it allowed a virtual tour of the property by potential buyers before actually viewing, therefore everybody viewing the house was already familiar with the layout and interested in the property. Move&Save guaranteed that our property would be on Rightmove by the end of the day, and they stuck to this promise with the advertisement being on the internet within 8 hours of valuation! When organising viewings Move&save were always keen to cluster the appointments for our benefit and were very prompt with chasing feedback. We always received feedback either the same day or the morning after if it was an evening viewing. The Move&Save team were always at the end of the phone offering help and guidance when we needed it. We would highly recommend move&save if you are considering selling your property (and we already have done to our friends and family).
