Meticulous in the detail(s)

Having purchased our home through Move and Save nine years ago the original online agent, we thought we would try their service to handle our sale, as our purchase was so easy and stress free. For the last ten sales and moves we have used many national estate agents and often resented paying out thousands of pounds in commission fees for some of the ultra poor service we received. Our intial appointment with Tracy was a delight, we found Tracy at Move and Save to be ultra professional taking time to discuss the two sales packages they offered and how they operated. We found Tracy to be meticulous in the detail(s) but most importantly a genuine person and someone we can relate to and ultimately put our trust in to realise a speedy sale. We decided on the package and Tracy took oodles of photos and also prepared a video to upload with our sales particulars. We were surprised by the speed of our property being placed online with Move and Save and Rightmove. Seven hours from first meeting to our property appearing online for sale. The standard of the photos are excellent they show off our property well. The video tour was in our opinion superb.
