Head Valuer Review (Tracy Kernaghan)

Having not been in the property market for over 16 years and appreciating the process of buying and selling would have changed quite significantly over that time, the prospect of selling our property was quite a daunting one and a task that was approached with some trepidation if I am being honest. Having engaged the service of a number of local estate agents to come and value our property and explain their marketing of the same, I was looking for an individual/organisation that would be empathetic to our situation, personal requirements and needs.as well as providing a value for money and cost effective approach to selling our property as soon as possible. It gives me pleasure to report and with a great deal of confidence that Tracy did all that we were asking for above and more. Her friendliness put us at ease from the first moment we met and when she was in our property, plus her informal step by step approach to how the whole selling exercise would go was really reassuring. Her professional behaviour, engagement and subject matter knowledge has been of a very high standard throughout, backed up with prompt responses to questions and requests for advice. It's only taken us two months to sell our property, which I am quite surprised at, but a contributory factor in all that has been the great service that Tracy, as well as the other Move & Save Team I have dealt with, has provided.
