Excellent experience

After viewing a number of other properties we were beginning to get quite frustrated with the whole process. We then however came across a rental property available with H2L. The process to arrange a viewing was easy and straight forward. We were met at the property by Karl who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time introducing us to the property as well as the local area. Upon deciding to proceed, we found the whole process quick, easy and professional and compared to other agents their fees were very reasonable. The tenancy was tied up in matter of days, and the moving in process was as simple and efficient as the rest of the process. All round a great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
