Friendly and understanding

Straight from arriving at the property, Gary, was very friendly and even though I was early, showed me around the property to save me waiting. Due to my circumstances, coming from owning my own property and going back to renting, I was apprehensive about the move. Gary made me feel very at ease with it all and happy with the area and neighbours in the building. I would definitely recommend as it has been a very easy and pleasant experience throughout.
