My elderly father bought and sold a property in 2018 through Newton Fallowell in Oakham. The entire team were brilliant but in particular Charlotte who worked very hard for us from the first time we met her when the family viewed a bungalow in June to the last day when we completed on the sale (two independent sales). Charlotte was ever the professional throughout the 6 months of knowing her and her customer service was amazing. The word 'no' was just not in her vocabulary! The decision to sell through NF was down to Peter, the manager. The family asked for a couple of valuations but we knew from the moment we met Peter that he was the person we wanted to work with. Peter was so respectful of my father from the moment they met to the time the house completed. Moores Estate Agents seemed so disinterested!!
