The service was excellent in that I was always contacted before a visit ,the staff member responsible for the viewing arrived promptly on every occasion and normally within 24 hours I received feedback. Two individuals expressed serious interest in purchasing the property but did not meet the Guide price, which was at a sensible level. In the event my daughter, who had expressed an interest in the property prior to my instructing the agency, sold her property and purchased mine. Peter Ledger was particularly impressive and constantly monitored the progress of the marketing of the property and accepted the situation vis a vis my daughter without a quibble. I would strongly recommend the agency
